  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Share your Order Number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos.

  3. After approval, you will be asked to ship the item back to our return address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your:

      • Exchange (within 3-5 working days), or

      • Refund (if applicable), via the original payment method or bank transfer.
